I have come here, hardly knowing the reason why...
the picture looks too solid. well, the girl does. are the fans supposed to be metal? because they dont seem to be (if they are). the colors of the outfit, the hues of the blues and stuff, are too close to each other so it kinda looks solid. Maybe you should be a bit braver and go with lighter tones to show depth and variations and contour and stuff. more shadows and... yeah, highlights with the hair is lacking. unless there is no light. sorry that's all.
